What To Do At Puteri Harbour and Nearby

Earlier, I blogged about our stay at Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour here.

So, what's there to do near the hotel?

1.  Legoland Malaysia & Legoland Water Park

Legoland Malaysia is a 5 - 10 minute drive away from Puteri Harbour.  Need I say more about this theme park, that both children and adults love?

Shuttle service is available if one is staying at Hotel Jen.  Check it out at the Ground Level, near the Concierge.

Just next to Hotel Jen, Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and The Little Big Club.  We were there in 2012 when they first opened but decided to give it a miss this round.  For those who love Hello Kitty, this is the place to be.  Lots of photo opportunities.  And for those who love the characters from The Little Big Club, there are rides and indoor playgrounds - mainly suited for the younger children.

Hello Kitty Town seems to be brewing something new soon!

3.  DC Comics Super Heroes

Are you a DC Comics Super Heroes fan?  There is a retail and cafe outlet right in Puteri Harbour.  Walk around, have your lunch, tea break or dinner here.  We only had some drinks there.  The cafe can get quite busy, especially during weekends.

4.  Laze Around

Haha!  Sometimes, we just like to walk around randomly, aimlessly and laze around.

There is a Toys R Us.  Remember to bring your Toys R Us card if you have one.

The boys are just happy playing with the structures / benches or whatever you call this.  The innocence of children.

All in all, a 3D2N stay is sufficient, in my opinion.  I wonder when we will be back there.

  1. I can't wait for our family trip to Hotel Jen and Legoland soon ;)

Now, that Hello Kitty Town looks like a good alternative to go to, should the monsoon season decide to ruin our plans to visit Legoland in early January. Thanks for sharing this list, Cynthia!

  3. Thanks for sharing although we don't think we will make a trip there anytime soon. The kids are still too young for theme parks :(

    1. Time flies, Dawn. Before you know it, he is going to drag you to take those rides! Yes, the hotel is pretty convenient and still quite new. The plus, it is actually near us if there are no jams.

  5. Thanks for sharing Cynthia. Will definitely look out for the DC Comics cafe when we go to Legoland Malaysia. We are not Hello Kitty fans so definitely no Sanrio Hello Kitty town for us. ;-)

    1. The DC Comics shop is bigger with more stuff compared to the one in Singapore so it's worth a visit but only if you are in that area.

  6. We've stayed at Hotel Jen Puteri Harbor once, when it first opened. I must say its location makes it excellent pit stop for families to legoland!
